Information we collect
Booking information: full name, contact telephone, email address, billing address, pickup and drop-off locations, passenger numbers, flight details and special requests.
Payment information: card details are securely encrypted and processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Account information (where applicable): company name, account contact, VAT number and credit history relating to account services.
Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected automatically when you use our website.
How we use your information
To confirm, dispatch and deliver the chauffeur services you have booked, including communicating with your driver and reservations team.
To process payments, issue invoices and recover any outstanding charges, parking fees, tolls or waiting time fees.
To respond to enquiries, complaints or feedback, and to keep records as required by Transport for London (TfL) and other regulators.
With your consent, to send occasional service updates and offers (typically no more than one email per month). You may unsubscribe at any time.
Legal basis for processing
We process personal data under one or more of the following lawful bases: performance of a contract (delivering your booking), legitimate interests (operating our business, preventing fraud, improving services), legal obligation (regulatory, tax and licensing requirements) and consent (where required, for marketing).
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with parties strictly needed to deliver your service: assigned chauffeurs, sub-contracted licensed operators (where applicable), our payment processor, hotel and event partners you have asked us to book, and our accountants and legal advisers.
We may also disclose information where required by law, court order or to comply with Transport for London or other regulatory requests.
Data retention
Booking and invoice records are retained for at least 7 years to meet UK tax, accounting and licensing requirements. Marketing contact details are retained until you unsubscribe. Website analytics data is retained for up to 26 months.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, restricted internal access and vetted third-party providers. Payment details are handled exclusively within PCI-DSS compliant systems.
Your rights
