Gatwick airport chauffeur (LGW).
London's second-busiest airport, 28 miles south of central London. North and South terminals fully covered, day or night, with direct M23 routing for Surrey and South London pickups.
From touchdown to the car at Gatwick Airport.
- Night before
Flight loaded and chauffeur assigned
Your flight number is loaded into dispatch and tracked from wheels-up. You receive your chauffeur's name, photo, vehicle and registration by SMS.
- On landing
Chauffeur positioned in arrivals
The chauffeur is in the North or South arrivals hall as stated in your confirmation. Gatwick reallocates terminals more often than most UK airports; if yours changes, we follow it free of charge.
- Immigration
Free waiting time running
Complimentary waiting begins at actual touchdown, not your scheduled time, so immigration queues and baggage delays cost you nothing.
- Arrivals hall
Meet and greet at the barrier
Your chauffeur meets you inside the terminal with a discreet name board - your name, your initials or your company, as you prefer - and takes the luggage.
- Two to five minutes
Short walk to the car
Both terminals have a covered short-stay car park directly opposite arrivals - roughly a three-minute walk with luggage, no road to cross.
- Departure
Route confirmed and away
Water, phone chargers and climate set before you board. Your chauffeur confirms the destination and any stop, then drives the route dispatch has already checked for incidents.

Chauffeur service at Gatwick Airport
Gatwick is split between North and South terminals connected by a free shuttle. Your booking confirms which terminal we will meet you at; if there's a last-minute terminal change we move with you at no extra cost.
We've been driving the Surrey-to-Gatwick route since 2007 - Cobham, Esher, Oxshott, Weybridge, Guildford and Dorking all reach Gatwick on uncongested A-roads, and our chauffeurs use the M23 J9 routing rather than the M25 outside peak hours.
Gatwick is a hub for long-haul leisure carriers (Virgin Atlantic, TUI, Norwegian) as well as easyJet and British Airways short-haul. The V-Class is our most-requested vehicle here - six individual leather seats and luggage capacity for a family return.
Gatwick Airport (LGW) chauffeur questions
My flight has been moved from South to North Terminal - what do I do?
Nothing. Dispatch sees the reallocation on the live feed and repositions the chauffeur before you land. There is no charge for the change and your fixed fare is unaffected.
Is Gatwick's drop-off zone charge included?
Yes. Gatwick charges for its forecourt drop-off zones, and we use the short-stay car park in any case so you are met inside the terminal. Both are inside the fixed fare.
How reliable are Surrey drive times to Gatwick?
From Cobham, Esher, Oxshott and Weybridge we route via the A3 and M23 J9 rather than the M25 anticlockwise, which removes the J10 to J8 bottleneck. Typical running time is 35 to 55 minutes; we build in a further 20 minutes for departures before 08:00.
Can you cover a 04:00 departure or a 01:00 landing?
Yes. Gatwick operates 24 hours and so does our dispatch desk. There is no night surcharge and no minimum fare uplift for unsocial hours.
We are a family of five with skis and hold luggage - which vehicle?
The Mercedes V-Class. Six individual rear seats and a boot that will take five large cases, or four cases and a ski tube. Anything larger and we would recommend a Sprinter.
