Your chauffeur tracks your flight from wheels-up and enters the arrivals hall 15 minutes after the flight's actual arrival time. They meet you by the barrier with a discreet electronic name board (customisable to your initials or company), help with luggage, and walk you to the car in the short-stay car park - never a kerbside pickup.
For VIP arrivals we can arrange Heathrow's Windsor Suite or Heathrow VIP service for fast-track immigration and a private lounge, with the car waiting airside. Speak to the dispatch team in advance and we will coordinate directly with the airport.

Your flight number is loaded into dispatch and tracked from wheels-up. You receive your chauffeur's name, photo, vehicle and registration by SMS.

Chauffeur enters the arrivals hall
The chauffeur enters the correct arrivals hall - T2, T3, T4 or T5 - 15 minutes after the flight's actual arrival time. If your inbound is reallocated, we move to the correct terminal.

How does the Heathrow meet-and-greet work?
Your chauffeur meets you inside the terminal with a name board. Thirty minutes of waiting is included, with additional waiting charged in 15-minute increments.
Can the car collect me from the Windsor Suite or Heathrow VIP?
Yes. Both offer airside collection with the vehicle brought to the suite kerb. We need the booking reference from the suite at least 24 hours ahead so the chauffeur and vehicle can be security-cleared through the airside gate.
What happens if I clear Terminal 5 baggage faster than expected?
Your chauffeur enters the arrivals hall 15 minutes after the flight's actual arrival time. If you clear unusually quickly, call the direct mobile number in your SMS so the chauffeur can coordinate the meeting point with you.
How much waiting time is included at Heathrow?
Thirty minutes of waiting is included after your chauffeur enters the hall, 15 minutes after actual flight arrival. Further waiting is charged in 15-minute increments.
Can you take Terminal 5 to Terminal 2 for a connection?
Yes, and it is often quicker than the transit for passengers with hold baggage or reduced mobility. Because the two terminals are landside of each other the transfer is priced as a short journey rather than a full transfer.
