The chauffeur is in the correct arrivals hall - T2, T3, T4 or T5 - as your aircraft reaches stand. If your inbound is reallocated to a different terminal we move with it at no charge.

Recommended collection time
Peak means a terminal arrival between 06:00-09:30 or 16:00-19:00, when the M4 and M25 J14-J15 are the deciding factor. Chauffeur service at Heathrow Airport
Heathrow handles more than 80 million passengers a year across five terminals and two runways. K2 operates here every day - most of our chauffeurs work Heathrow runs at least three times a week, so they know the short-stay car parks, the arrivals layout and the quickest route into each terminal at any hour.
Your chauffeur tracks your flight from wheels-up and is positioned in the arrivals hall the moment the aircraft is on stand. They meet you by the barrier with a discreet electronic name board (customisable to your initials or company), help with luggage, and walk you to the car in the short-stay car park - never a kerbside pickup.
For VIP arrivals we can arrange Heathrow's Windsor Suite or Heathrow VIP service for fast-track immigration and a private lounge, with the car waiting airside. Speak to the dispatch team in advance and we will coordinate directly with the airport.
Heathrow Airport (LHR) chauffeur questions
Does Heathrow's £6 drop-off charge appear on my invoice?
No. The Heathrow Drop-Off Charge, short-stay parking, the ULEZ and the Congestion Charge are all absorbed into the fixed fare quoted at booking. Nothing is added afterwards.
Can the car collect me from the Windsor Suite or Heathrow VIP?
Yes. Both offer airside collection with the vehicle brought to the suite kerb. We need the booking reference from the suite at least 24 hours ahead so the chauffeur and vehicle can be security-cleared through the airside gate.
What happens if I clear Terminal 5 baggage faster than expected?
The chauffeur is already in the hall before the belt starts, so early clearance is not a problem. If you clear before the aircraft is officially on stand, call the mobile number on your SMS and they will meet you at the barrier immediately.
How much free waiting time do I get at Heathrow?
Sixty minutes from actual touchdown on all international arrivals and 45 minutes on domestic. Long immigration queues at T3 and T5 are the most common cause of delay and are covered by that allowance.
Can you take Terminal 5 to Terminal 2 for a connection?
Yes, and it is often quicker than the transit for passengers with hold baggage or reduced mobility. Because the two terminals are landside of each other the transfer is priced as a short journey rather than a full transfer.
