K2 Chauffeur is an award-winning luxury chauffeur service founded in 2007 in Croydon, Surrey. We began with two cars and one promise - private transport delivered with the calm, courtesy and reliability of an old-school private driver, backed by modern vehicles, live flight tracking and a 24-hour operations desk.

K2 Concierge grew directly out of those requests, and today it runs alongside the fleet as a single desk with one named coordinator per client.
Concierge is available to retained private clients, family offices and corporate account holders. Programmes are scoped in a short call, priced transparently and reported monthly - no membership tiers, no points, no upsell.
Every request is handled by people who also know the transport side, so the logistics never fall between two suppliers. That is the whole point of running the desks together.

Every driver is licensed by Transport for London, enhanced DBS checked and hand-picked by experienced operators for judgement and temperament as much as driving skill. The average tenure of a K2 chauffeur is over six years, and many have driven the same families since the day we started.
Male and female chauffeurs are always presented in fitted dark suits with white shirts and discreet ties. All hold excellent topographical knowledge of London, Croydon, Surrey and the home counties, and most speak a second language - French, Italian, Spanish, Arabic, Mandarin and Russian are represented across the team.
Training is continuous: defensive-driving certification, advanced first aid and regular vehicle-handling assessments are mandatory. Discretion is contractual - every chauffeur signs a confidentiality agreement before their first job, and several are security-cleared for diplomatic and high-profile principal work. Experienced drivers who meet that standard can apply to join the K2 roster.
Every driver fully PCO licensed and enhanced DBS checked, no exceptions. Insurance is fully comprehensive on every vehicle in our fleet.
