Local Heathrow chauffeur hire, run from our Croydon office
K2 has operated daily into Heathrow for over a decade. Our dispatch tracks every inbound flight in real time, so a delayed arrival simply moves your collection - never costs you a missed pickup. Drivers stage in the official short-stay car parks and walk to the meeting point so you are met inside the terminal, not left looking for a kerb.
Heathrow is our most-booked airport. Average dispatch from request to confirmed driver: under 4 minutes during business hours.

Local knowledge: parking, access and timing in Heathrow
Parking and waiting
Drivers stage in the official short-stay car parks and walk in; we never ask a client to find a kerbside car. Heathrow's drop-off charge and short-stay parking are included in your fare.
When the roads move
The M4 and M25 anticlockwise are the pinch points between 06:30-09:30 and 16:00-19:30. First-wave long-haul arrivals land 05:00-07:00 and clear immigration slowly; we build that into the collection, not into your waiting time.
Charges and tolls
Heathrow drop-off charge and ULEZ apply and are included in the quoted fare.
Recommended vehicles for Heathrow
1–2 passengers, 2 cases
Executive comfort

Heathrow chauffeur service - frequently asked questions
Do you wait if my flight is delayed?
Yes. We track your flight from take-off and adjust the collection automatically. 45 minutes from wheels-down is included free of charge.
Where will my chauffeur meet me?
Inside arrivals, after baggage reclaim and customs, holding a discreet name board - or by your preferred private terminal at T5B/T5C for first/business arrivals.
Can you handle multiple cars for a family or group?
Yes. We routinely run two- and three-car convoys out of Heathrow with luggage support and synchronised arrival timings.
Where exactly can the car stop in Heathrow, and can it wait?
Meet-and-greet inside arrivals at T2, T3, T4 and T5 after baggage reclaim and customs, with a name board. Departures use the terminal forecourt set-down. First and business arrivals at T5B/T5C can be met at the private arrivals facility where booked. Drivers stage in the official short-stay car parks and walk in; we never ask a client to find a kerbside car. Heathrow's drop-off charge and short-stay parking are included in your fare.
Do I pay the Congestion Charge, ULEZ, tolls or parking on a Heathrow journey?
No - they are inside the fare. Heathrow drop-off charge and ULEZ apply and are included in the quoted fare. Fuel, the chauffeur's time, tolls, parking and VAT are also included, so the figure we quote is the figure you pay. All prices shown are indicative lead-in fares for the vehicle named and are subject to change - your final quote is confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
When should we leave Heathrow to avoid sitting in traffic?
The M4 and M25 anticlockwise are the pinch points between 06:30-09:30 and 16:00-19:30. First-wave long-haul arrivals land 05:00-07:00 and clear immigration slowly; we build that into the collection, not into your waiting time. Dispatch checks live conditions on the morning of travel and will move your collection time if the roads require it, rather than leaving you to discover the problem en route.
Which vehicle do most Heathrow clients actually book, and why?
The Mercedes E-Class covers the majority of journeys here - one to three passengers with two cases. The Mercedes V-Class is the right call for families, four or more cases, golf bags or airport runs with a full luggage load, because a saloon boot simply will not take it. On the Heathrow → Mayfair run in particular, luggage volume rather than passenger count usually decides the vehicle. Tell us the passengers and the bags and we will specify it for you.
Can we have the same chauffeur every time in Heathrow?
Yes - it is how most of our regular Heathrow work runs. A named-chauffeur retainer keeps the same driver and vehicle for school runs, station and airport legs and evening commitments across TW6, TW5, TW14, UB7, UB3, so the driver already knows your gate code, your preferred route and how you like the car set up. Retainers are billed monthly on account with cost-centre reporting where you need it.
What happens if our plans change on the day - a delayed flight, a late finish, an extra stop?
Airport collections are tracked from take-off and re-timed automatically, with 45-60 minutes of complimentary waiting from landing. Address collections in Heathrow include 15 minutes free waiting. Extra stops and late finishes are added at the agreed hourly rate rather than re-quoted from scratch, and if the change is substantial we confirm the revised figure in writing before you travel.
