How do you handle a schedule that changes during the day?
By booking hourly rather than by journey. LFW show times move, venues are announced late and a single delayed presentation reshuffles the afternoon. On hourly hire your chauffeur holds nearby and takes the next destination when you know it - there is no re-quote, no waiting for a new car and no explaining the change to a dispatcher.
Can the car be used between shows as a base?
That is how most industry clients use it. Shoe changes, sample bags, lookbooks, press kit and coats all live in the car, which stages within a few minutes of wherever you are. Twenty minutes between shows is not enough to return to a hotel, but it is enough to sit down, change and answer email in the vehicle.
Are Congestion Charge and ULEZ included?
Yes - and during a week spent crossing central London repeatedly, that matters. Our fares include the Congestion Charge, ULEZ where applicable, parking and tolls, so a day of Strand-to-Soho-to-Shoreditch movement does not arrive as a list of extras on the invoice.
Can we keep the same driver for the whole week?
Yes, and we recommend it for LFW. A named-chauffeur retainer means the driver already knows your venues, your parking arrangements, which entrance the PR team uses and how you like the car set up. Continuity is worth far more across a five-day schedule than a marginally cheaper daily rate.
What does a day-rate booking for LFW include, and when is a single transfer enough?
A day-rate booking keeps the same chauffeur and the same vehicle with you for the whole of LFW - the car holds your coats and kit, there is no waiting charge, and an overrun simply extends the agreed hours. A single transfer suits guests attending one session with a firm finish time. Lead-in pricing for London Fashion Week starts at £95 in the Mercedes V-Class; day hire is quoted on the hours and vehicle you need. Which vehicle actually suits LFW, rather than which is most expensive?
Mercedes E-Class for one, V-Class for atelier groups Bear in mind what travels with you: sample bags, lookbooks, shoe changes and press kit. The Mercedes V-Class is our recommendation here. Tell us the passenger count, the luggage and whether anyone is in formal dress, and we will specify the car on that basis rather than upselling you into a larger one you do not need.
What does your chauffeur know about Central London that an app driver will not?

Can you collect guests from several addresses and run more than one car for LFW?
Yes. Multi-pickup and multi-vehicle work is routine for LFW: we plan the route so the whole party arrives together, run two or three cars in convoy where needed, and give you one dispatch contact and one booking reference for all of them. Convoy work is quoted per vehicle rather than at the lead-in fare, and is confirmed in writing before the day.
